Deadline for applications is Tuesday 29th August 2023.

Application Forms can be dropped off at the school’s main office or  emailed to:  lower6application@nc.edu.tt

Instructions for filling out the Lower 6 Application Form:

  1. Click on the link above to open the Application Form.
  2. Save the form on your desktop.
  3. Open the saved form using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  4. Fill out the form.
  5. Digitally sign the form (if possible)
  6. Print the form.

Instructions for Querying CXC Results:

  1. Click on the link above to open the CXC Query Form.
  2. Save the form on your desktop.
  3. Open the saved form using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  4. Fill out the form.
  5. Digitally sign the form (if possible)
  6. Print the form
  7. Drop off the form along with the required Bank Draft (see form for Instructions) in the school’s Main Office before the Deadline Date.

Deadline for submission of Query Form is Wednesday 13th September 2023.
