Check list for Form 1 Registration at Naparima College

1. View the online registration video below

Please note the following:

when completing the online registration, enter the following email address under student information:

<firstname><lastname><student id>@nc.edu.tt

For example: johndoe22000@nc.edu.tt

When uploading the passport size picture, ensure that it is of a JPEG format. (otherwise, an error 500 will be generated on your registration form)
When uploading a soft copy of the Birth Certificate and Immunization Card, ensure that they are of a PDF format.
Print the Registration Form and walk with it to Registration.

Please note that the initial password to be used in the ‘Student Portal Sign in’ is your son’s SEA Registration Number. After the initial sign in, you will be prompted to change your password.

What documents you are required to walk with on Thursday 9th July 2026?

Student’s Original Electronic Birth Certificate and one (1) copy
Proof of citizenship if student is a national born outside of Trinidad and Tobago
Valid Student’s Permit and any relevant documents if student is a non – national.
Two (2) Pass port Size Photos, with the student’s name and class written on the back.
A Copy of the Immunization Card.
Documentation for any additional medical issues that may not be stated on the Immunization Card e.g. allergies.
Completed WhatsApp Data Capture Form (See below).
A signed hard copy of the online Registration Form (See Online Registration).

An affidavit is required in circumstances where:

There is no name on the Birth Certificate
The name on the Birth Certificate does not correspond with that on the results listing.
