Check list for Registration of new students at Naparima College

1. View the online registration video below

Please note the following:

• when completing the online registration, enter the following email address under student information:

<firstname><lastname><student id>@nc.edu.tt

For example: johndoe22000@nc.edu.tt

• when uploading the passport size picture, ensure that it is of a JPEG format. (otherwise, an error will be generated on your registration form)
• Print the Registration Form and walk with it to Registration.

What documents you are required to walk with on the day of registration ?

1. Original Performance Report 2022 and copy.
2. Original Electronic Birth Certificate & Affidavit (if applicable) and a copy.
3. Two passport size pictures, with the student’s name and class written on the back.
4. A copy of the Immunization card.
5. Health information that is important but excluded from the Immunization Card e.g. allergies.
6. Completed SMS Data Capture Form.
7. A signed hard copy of the Online Registration Form.
